People at Taco Bell are great and especially the girl serving the window. Yesterday was amazing. I will be back alone just because of her because when someone has such a great personality that they just make you laugh that’s worth going back for. It’s hard enough to get people to give you the time of day these days that alone for someone just to communicate with and then light the environment. I will get her name and check back in later.
I stopped into this new location. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I have to say I was genuinely impressed when my order was ready. The young man called my name. But then he told me to stay seated that he would bring my food out to me.He even paused to ask what sauce I wanted and made sure.I had napkins without having to ask.This is where these days to see someone going out of their way. Dakota was awesome!! After standing around waiting for someone to check in my mobile order and not getting any response, he took the initiative to acknowledge me and help me with my order. This guy needs a promotion and a raise!!!
I live by the 207 S Bloomington St Taco Bell, and honestly, I had stopped going to Taco Bell because every time I ordered food, it was subpar at best. I use the app a lot and would ask for my burritos to be grilled, but they would just ignore it. I got tired of my order being wrong. I know it happens sometimes, but this was 99% of the time.
