their “system was down” after waiting in line for 20 mins :((( super disappointing
Nobody knows how to put a new roll of receipt paper on the printer. My order was correct.
Staff are not friendly, basically throw your food out the window & close it back. Items are not packed well, sloppily out together. Prices have gone up & items have gotten smaller. Big Burrito Supreme is neither big or supreme!
Took 20minutes to get through the drive thru, and there’s teens yelling and smoking out in the parking lot.
