We were at the 50th street location in Lubbock, Texas and ordered At approximately 12:05pm. The sheer amount of incompetence was astounding. After waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come take our payment, as I was paying with cash, we left at approximately 12:40 p.m. with no food because, at 12:40 our order still had not even been started. I was very disappointed that my Uber Eats order was handed to the driver without any tamper-evident seal. Customers should have peace of mind knowing their food hasn’t been touched after it leaves the restaurant. Please seal every delivery bag for customer safety.
