I have been in the drive thru for around half an hour to pick up a mobile order. I am still here. This happens every time. Genuinely never seen anything like this
I have gone to Taco Bell for a LONG TIME, in a bunch of cities, and this store is the worst one I have experienced. I don't know what is wrong with this store, but the service level is very poor, so it boils down to management in my humble opinion. I have ordered from the mobile app for drive thru pick ups multiple times in which the time waiting in the drive thru line has exceeded 30 minutes, which is an extraordinary amount of time to wait for a burrito and a couple of tacos. waited over an hour for our food AFTER placing a mobile order before that. the drinks weren’t carbonated at all and food was cold. the workers were genuinely incompetent and were busy stocking sauces and making there own drinks instead. the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to in my life. They didn’t even apologize once for us having to wait so long.
