I come to this Taco Bell at least once a week with no issues. I ordered this time and when I got my soda it had no ice in it and it was warm and tasted watered down. I asked for a new one and the employee was not happy to do so. But ended up giving me another one with no ice in it at all. At that point. I walked inside and asked for ice because I don't understand why it's so hard to make a cup of soda the right way. I didn't ask for no ice.
