Probably one of the worst taco bell I have ever been too. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Food is never fresh, delivery time sucks, and they don’t like picking up the phone. Don’t go.
No new menu items, the fryer was down so they couldn't do fries so basically they had nothing I came there for. Lovely. Every restaurant at this truck stop has a three-star or less rating I don't understand how this place is open. The drive-thru at the Burger King in the same Cafe isn't even open.
Takes forever to get the food
Great customer service
One of the slowest Taco Bell’s in America. Wasn’t really busy and few times I’ve been here it took 20-25 minutes to get one simple order. Every once in awhile it’s 5 minutes I’ve noticed. Think it depends who the manager/crew working is. Most of the time is super slow and sometimes they even mess up a simple order.
