Went through the drive-thru repeatedly told the cashier I wanted refresca not the freeze with green tea... She kept saying freeze. Had to walk in repeatedly tell her I don't want the freeze pointed at the picture. To have another employee come up to me and asked me what drink I wanted... I literally read the drink off the menu repeatedly .... Read it off the menu word for word....I walked out I don't even want this drink anymore
I order from Taco Bell app I’m vegetarian and they send me chicken and 2 items are missing from my order . This is so unprofessional.
Super shady. I asked to sub out the beef with black beans in my gordita. I was checking if everything thing looked right and I find a piece of meat smacked dab on the middle of the gordita which seemed like they tried to hide it?!?! Disgusting
