Ive been in the drive thru for almost an hour, i paid for my food and got the drinks. Drive around to enter the lobby amd its closed (its 12am), then waited another half hour in lime again. This is ridiculous. Im dirty and tired from work, hungry as ever.
Putting in online order with app and still have to wait in drive thru for almost a hour!!! Really? Has happened more than not! Unacceptable! Done with this Taco Bell!

Absolutely ridiculous 15 minutes in line never coming here again
No matter how long it seems you put a mobile order in, even if you pick a time to give the workers more time to work on your order. The orders times and windows are never honored and you normally have to wait 20- 30 minutes past the pick up time? I know it's not the workers but probably the system that just racks and stacks orders. I'm done ordering from Taco Bell until they can respect customers time and not lie about pick times etc. cam from Chick-fil-A to here and man what a difference in service from a mobile app deliver... read more
