Been here a couple of times and everytime I go through the drive thru whoever they put there they never teach them to speak up properly. I can never hear them. I have to ask the to repeat what they are saying multiple times. They are also really slow to take orders always have me wait and hold before asking my order. They have never been extremely busy when I go thank god because I would probably skip if there was any sort of line more than 2 or 3 cars for the drive thru.
How can the newest location already be the worst location in Buffalo? Slowest service every time I'm there.
Their food is disgusting overpriced and I question whether or not it's actually 100% beef I usually go there for just their diced tomatoes so I can make real tacos at home was going to this location a lot grabbing diced tomatoes every month to make food at home. Some guy told me no today at the drive-thru that they don't do that there I told tIhem they do that for me all the time he didn't feel like doing so that prompted this review and my call to corporate. Tell me no? Lol go to Mighty Taco instead
Very nasty manager.. calling corporate on her why she always yelling at people for no reason.. very nasty lady...
