My food was made perfectly in a reasonable amount of time. I live in detroit, the suburb fast food chains do way better than in the city. I do hate I was greeted with AI ordering at the drive thru and it was unable to get my order right. I'd like to thank the man working the window for getting it on track and for understanding/excusing my frustration.
44mins and still waiting on a mobile order. I will never be back to location. Walked inside for the pick up and staff could careless about the order only thing moving is the driver through. Update 51mins on food.
Extremely slow service. Taco Bell Corporate, please figure this out and resolve this. It’s been this way for 3 years now.
It's not my fault that the Taco Bell app only allows 1 free reward per order. I've never had issues at other Taco Bell locations as there is absolutely NO max for mobile orders. The drive thru time is also not my concern nor my job. I picked up 3 orders for Raven (cheesy gordita crunch, fiesta potato, medium drink) and 4 orders for Eli (4 items) they could've put his order in 1 bag and my order in 1 bag. Don't come here unless you don't mind a long wait for your food the service is slow and the food was mediocre
