I am genuinely so peeved. When I received one of my mobile orders with one hard shell taco and one nacho fry, there was ZERO taco in the bag. I was fully understanding, and pulled back up to the window to ask about said missing taco. When I pulled up, I was asked to give the bag back so they could check over it, and then called me a liar to my face, and said there was a taco in the bag. Took a long while to get my order then they had to clear everything and take it again after they waited for the line to clear. I paid for extra avo salsa and didn't get the extra or the one that came with my burrito. Chips for cheese dip were cooked with old or rancid oil and we're uneatable.
Only a 2 because I asked them to grill my burritos. Got home and went to eat and neither one was grilled..
Very friendly employees and loved the seasoned fries.
