i placed a pickup order 20 minutes before we got there and then proceeded to sit in the drive through for another 10 minutes as cars show up behind us. no communication at the window about the status and when we got the food it was very messily put together and one of the crunchwraps tasted almost stale. i normally love this location but tonight kinda sucked especially when there was little to no one in the drive through. i dont know what happened but even the people at the window were kinda rude :(
I made an error on an online order. The lady at the counter and the manager were exceptional. I wish I got their names but they both deserve a raise.
This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food establishment. I NEVER spend the time to write a review however after this experience I felt obligated. First and foremost the staff was negligent, rude and obviously had better agenda to attend to besides the food. I got my order missing items and the food might as well have been left on the frier all day. I understand this is a fast food establishment and not a high end place. Drive through: not getting what was paid for multiple times; not often do we eat here but when we do its a common mistake, not getting the order correct is also a reoccurring mistake ; having to double check the order is not my job but a shame it has to be. If it's fast but not accurate does it matter how fast¿.. pathetic.
