This has gotta be the worst managed Taco Bell in the country. Taco Bell should be ashamed of the leadership that they have here. It’s so bad that they don’t even give you your food in line anymore. So now they send you to the parking lot to sit and wait for 20 to 30 minutes for food and have somebody walk it out to the car because they don’t have their stuff together enough to be able to pop it out like a drive-through is supposed to be. Party of 6 showed up to this Taco Bell at 7 pm on a Saturday. Only people in there. Takes us a few minutes to order on the kiosk, but we waited an hour for our food. There were 3 people in the back, moving without a care in the world, and even when we got our food the quality was so below standard. Highly recommend the burger like across the street.
Taco Bell really needs to do better at this location it’s over 20 people in the lobby who is waiting on orders even the orders from the drive thru, a young guy gave me 2 diet drinks and mentioned they were regular after me and my husband taste them so i had to come inside to change drinks . And still haven’t received my food this location really needs to do better in Greensboro ga they are suppose to be open until 2am some days we come at night and 11/12 they are closed the employees say . I am not one to complain especially about fast food. But this was so bad it almost seemed that was the goal. The wait was over half an hour. Three cheesy gordita cruchs were ordered. I received three tortillas with cheese. That's it. The drink machine doesn't have any options that work. Ended up with some green drink that was not Mt. Dew out of the Dr. Pepper dispenser. The inside was awful and the attitude of the workers was pathetic.
Maybe yall should hire some people. This place sucks.
