Takes 20min to get food. Absolutely insane for any fast food but Taco Bell especially.

Worst service, food takes a minimum of 20 minutes and that’s if they even cook it. They “lose” orders all the time. Never had a good experience here. Employees don’t stay at the front so if you need something or your order is wrong you’re SOL on getting any type of help. Over trying to give them second chances
If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible customer service. In the drive through the girl taking our order was having a full conversation with her coworkers instead of taking our order. She asked us what we wanted multiple times because of holding a conversation with other employees and we heard all of it! Based off the other reviews they should seriously consider hiring new people to work here. This customer service is TERRIBLE.
closed? 2 days in a row. we pulled up at 6:50 pm and there wasn’t a car in sight, all the lights were off. There was a guy that came through attempting to go through the drive through and spotted us and told us that they were closed last night too and that they’ll be temporarily closed. They could at least notify everyone in some way, shape or form. maybe leave a note on the door or make a facebook post before someone makes the drive.
