Never actually been inside the place. But the drive-thru is usually quick and efficient.
We went to get take out food yesterday. Although we paid for a burrito it was not included in the order. It would have taken too much time to go back to get it later. The service was extremely slow. Also the spicy potato soft tacos were served on stale hard tortillas
Today I made an order of 2 purchases one was wrong so I asked if I can get the one I wanted and the manger spent 10 minutes arguing with me while I was in the drive through saying that I ordered something different. I just wanted to change it. Maybe there was a miss understanding who knows but to argue with a customer who just wanted to change it is absolutely TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
