This place is really going downhill. Worst Taco Bell in Rochester they messed up my whole order this evening and what I got was a sad excuse mostly empty quesadillas and when I called and said I wanted my money back because I didn't get basically anything that I ordered. The manager hung up on me and was rude. Worst fast food service I've had
May 19 8:30pm. Drive thru is padding order time not taking orders while there is a line to the street at the speaker. I waited for ~5 min at the speaker to get my order taken, no cars in the drive thru. When I got to the window, the cashier was not taking orders. Crunchwraps were freshly made, but the crunchy tortillas were stale.
The girl at the drive through was the worst!!!!! So mean!! And when I called and talked the manager trys to cover it up!!
