I like the location of this new Taco Bell. I order in the app and do mobile pick up in the drive through. They always get my order right and have the frozen drinks available. Today the one gal working thought she messed my drink up and handed me a new one when I told her I actually liked it the way she made it. Great, friendly service here!
They don't listen. It's taco bell so you shouldn't expect much, but they are baad. Go to the next location, do not go here.
Went through drive thru. Not a single vehicle in line. I asked the lady for 2 beefy five layer boxes. She asked what box the $5,$7 or $9 I said $9 is great. Get to the window everything was fine paid and went home. There were no beefy five layer burritos in the box. My boyfriend went back with receipt. The lady at window Jessica was nice and apologized about what she told us and she said she was wrong. My bf asked for the burritos.
