Worst location I have been to in the area. Consistently long wait times, bad service, mobile orders put in well in advance not even started until after you arrive, and a horrible AI at the drive through that gets most of what you say wrong and someone has to come help anyway. It looks like it isn't even the employees fault because there was ONE person working the whole time which shows poor efforts from the management team. For some reason ever since I started eating at Taco Bell lately the meat tastes sweet. Just wondering if they changed the ingredients???
I have to say, this Taco Bell location truly redeemed itself for me. In the past, I avoided ordering for my kids because our orders were often mixed up, missing items, or served cold. After some persistence from my kids, I decided to give this location one last try and I’m glad I did. The team member who took my order (an African American gentleman, possibly named Henry) was outstanding. He was patient, attentive to details, and took the time to carefully review my order with me before handing it over without being prompted.... read more
