Taco Bell has stopped providing free water. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and slammed the window on me when I inquired about the manager’s number.
I would like this Taco Bell more if their managment gave their employees the ability to do refunds or replacements. I had an order get messed up and on my next visit, I was informed that the cashier at the drive thru didn't have the ability to accommodate my missing item from a previous order due to the previous item being out of stock. He told me I would have to come back another day and speak with a manager to get a refund or wait until they had the SAME item in stock. I haven’t gotten my food yet but I’m sure it’s fine! But the girl at the window was so pleasant and kind! Her energy just switched up my whole day!
Much better experience than last time I was here. Drive thru lady was so nice and sweet and the food was really fresh made correctly and delicious. Thanks guys. Needed that today
