Place is a mess, literally and figuratively. The inside looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the Decades Menu Items first appeared 20 years ago. The staff were a feral bunch that screamed and swore while customers, including a child, were inside. The owners need to clean house or just sell to someone that put forth some effort.
Worse service in town. Food is disgusting and always cold. Online orders take 20-30 minutes every time. The people are so rude, always making out with each other behind the counter and ignoring the customers. Very rude if they mess up your order and you politely ask for it to be fixed.
Had to drop another star. Not sure why the taco bell in South Lyon sucks so bad. On top of long wait times, they don't have the caramel empanadas. Guess I'm going into New Hudson to give that one my business instead since they don't suck so bad. Worst part is I'll probably still get home just as fast and I won't be missing anything when I get home.
