It’s really disappointing that Taco Bell doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom unless they make a purchase. Basic restroom access should be a common courtesy, especially for families, elderly people, or anyone dealing with an emergency. Requiring someone to spend money first feels inconsiderate and unwelcoming. Burned the food a little bit other then that makes the food right at this location! Eat after 5pm for better staffing throughout the week!
Staff, 5 stars for friendliness. Bathrooms, 5 stars for cleanliness. The in-store music was blaring loud. I ditched dining in because of this.
