No one likes soggy chips!!! It was like my nachos bell grande was made 30 min b4 I even ordered it!!!! Gross!!!!
Went in at 6pm after ordering on the app for in store pickup. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes and received an extemely burnt, inedible product. I dont think Ive ever had to wait this long for such a poor quality product. I would give it 1 star, but the best of the food was okay
Placed an order, was having troubles on the website, ended up duplicating my order because of a glitch telling me it didn’t go through, so instead of them refunding 2 of the 3 orders. They told me no. And I have to contact corporate, never have I been treated so poorly, the employee laughed at me and said “hey! More food for you!” Great customer service I must say.
