The food had a hair on it and while packing the order the bag fell on the floor but they still used the same bag

Ordered 2 custom beef burrito Supremes with rice and extra sour cream Received (super fast service) 2 Rice burritos. No beef no taco anything just rice. Should have just hit the actual mexican place 1/2 a block away.

I asked no tomatoes in 12 party pack soft tacos... Got loaded with tomatoes more than meat, cheese... That's evilish. I can't eat tomatoes. Had to throw everything in the bin. Sad experience. NY state shows low quality of service.
