Unfortunately I don't think this will amount to much but I recently started a job in the area and wanted to try taco bell after an extended hiatus but I was extremely disappointed in the level of coordination between customer service and the stores. First issue. I pulled thru the drive thru with somebody else's order the week prior. I filed a complaint with customer service and they responded with a $10 coupon. Ok sure I'll bite. Dont come here. Waited 10mins to get help from staff, another 25 mins to get our order. Attitude from one worker 🙄...and we paid $56 for this nonsense 😒
