I have been to this location five times. I have ordered via the drive-thru every time. Each time, I ordered a drink with my food. Since I was driving, I asked for a straw each time. I have never once been given a straw. That's not an unreasonable request, is it?
I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience ordering from this Taco Bell & KFC location through DoorDash. To begin with, my order was completely incorrect. I ordered Cinnabon Delights, but instead received three orders of cookies and three orders of Cinnamon Twists. On top of that, the main food arrived burnt and completely inedible. It's a combination of a Taco Bell and a KFC if you're wanting Taco Bell do not go to this location it takes forever. They service the KFC part much quicker and more efficient
