We usually have a great experience at this restaurant. The chicken is always hot, the tacos are fresh, and the chalupas are typically well-prepared. However, on this occasion, I ordered my favorite chalupa and the bread was undercooked. I had never seen a "white" chalupa before, and it was quite off-putting, especially since this is usually one of the best KFC/Taco Bell locations I have ever visited. Kudos to the staff. They were working so hard to keep up and the people just kept coming and coming and coming in and driving through. It looked very fully staffed. I felt so sorry for them and they kept such a great demeanor.

I came through the drive-thru and did not know the name of the product that I wanted to order and ordered the wrong thing by accident. When I came inside to explain what it was I wanted, they were quick to fix my order and give me what it was that I was wanting to order. Completely my mistake but they made it right with no fuss. Food was prepared good

I get steady service here. I'm in here once a month or so. It's always around 530 in the evening and the experience is consistent. The counter service is a bit disheveled but they are always friendly. At times they try to make up with the confusion by offering me something extra or giving a conciliatory smile. The restrooms are usually a mess too. On the other hand, it is KFC. I'm often picking up some large portion to take to a party that I'm headed to. People love the food.
