I was in drive thru and there was me and one other car and they made the other car wait at the speaker for a good 5 minutes. and i wasnt waiting so i reversed out of the drive thru went inside and then sat inside for another good 8 minutes with no one helping and this dude walked up to the counter and just walked off. and there was like 6 people working and one of them could of helped us.
Evening drive through, while not as slow as they once were, can be painfully slow after they lock the doors after 8pm. Usually good attitudes though.
