The food was surprisingly good when i went - full portions and well prepared. The dining room was clean.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order, and the service is extremely slow. There was little communication or explanation about the delay. Waiting this long for fast food is unacceptable. I hope the management improves the service and staffing.
I've never understood how you can own a business and not want to wait on your customers. It really baffles my mind. I stopped in here Saturday afternoon to grab something to eat and the staff refused to wait on me. So, I took my money next door to Whataburger and got some great service there. Need to do better Taco Bell.
The only employee that acknowledged me was the guy in the drive thru, who was very nice and stayed busy, probably holding the whole restaurant on his back all day. The rest acted like they were at home and watched me wait for a delivery order and when the chick bagged it up she just sat it aside, kept giving me looks for nooooo reason when I was being very patient for at least 8-10 minutes, told no one else to give it to me and turned around sus as hell.
