I swing by here fairly often, and although everyone has been lovely, I just want to give a shoutout to Jacob specifically; late night shifts can be tough but he was very positive and helpful.
We went through the drive-through and ordered four items, only to get home and find three. We called in to the store, the lady took about five minutes to go back-and-forth and gather information, then offered a refund, but said whether we wanted a refund or a replacement, we had to drive back up to the store (it’s 2025, come on….).
