The drive thru staff don’t even smile let alone ask if you need any condiments. The food portions is very skimpy compared to other locations.
Chicken sitting out of hot holding for the entire 30 minutes I waited for my 23 dollar order. Food was like warm when recieved, 30 minutes later.
The food is usually hot and fresh, the service (especially in the drive thru) is SLOW.
Need to clean the place up and hire some new employees.
