I spent over 30 minutes at this taco bell waiting for a mobile order. I watch people come and go, getting their orders, yet when I inquire about mine, they just said “oh okay,” and I proceed to wait another 15 minutes. I left without my food and they told me they couldn’t cancel my order after I told them that the option to cancel was no longer on the app. They just said they were too busy to deal with it.
