I spent over 30 minutes at this taco bell waiting for a mobile order. I watch people come and go, getting their orders, yet when I inquire about mine, they just said “oh okay,” and I proceed to wait another 15 minutes. I left without my food and they told me they couldn’t cancel my order after I told them that the option to cancel was no longer on the app. They just said they were too busy to deal with it. This Taco Bell in Green is consistently excellent! They are always incredibly fast and the staff is super professional. Never had a bad experience here, I highly recommend it!
