Poor customer service. Always forget items. No straw. No napkins. No sauces. Please do better with orders. Crazy how employees can be so careless.
The girl never even said hello when I came to the window. Then, they gave me the wrong order.After I waited like ten minutes in line, I still waited another five at the window to get the right order
Every time I go here no matter what time or how many cars 15+ minutes. They back up the whole drive thru for big backs ordering 50$ plus, instead of having you pull forward everyone just waits! Manager claims it policy but there’s no way customers should have to wait consistently in your drive thru, again it’s not a one or two time bad night thing it’s every single time, you can never be in a rush here.
