They make you pull around and park every single time. Even if no one is behind you. Never once had napkins put in the bag. Got an ice cold taco today. Seemed like it had been stored in a fridge or something. This location is terrible.
I place an order through the drive thru and NOT a mobile order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and cinnamon twists. I was asked to pull around front and one would assume the food would be fresh and HOT but alas it was not to be. I was missing part of my order and went around to pick up the missing cinnamon twists. It’s always wrong and it’s never ready when placing a pickup order and they make you wait at least another 30 minutes.
The worst! The slowest service. Every time I hear “pull around d to the front” and then they forget about me and I have to go inside. Also check out the pics to see how skimpy this location is. You’re better going one block farther to La Hacienda.
Don’t come by on a time crunch, one burrito and one drink has taken me over 15 minutes to receive in mobile pickup. I have a 15 minute lunch break, I need my food to go for a reason.
