My girlfriend & I came in & we asked the manager to please check the balance of a gift card. The manager came to the front & asked the front cashier what we needed & the manager looked at my girlfriend & said, "OH we can't check the balances" & then ran to the back. Very unprofessional & when I asked for napkins they advised they only have wet wipes as they are also connected with KFC. NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT DECENT SERVICE. Literally never reviewed any place on Google before but this taco bell sucks. None of the stuff in my box was wrapped, and it was literally thrown from the kitchen onto the counter. Employee at the front was rude. Doesn’t matter nothing about this place will change

Stopped in about 7 pm on September 18th 2025 Every single aspect of this vist was pitiful at best. Food was old and tasted like it had been sitting in a heater for hours. Some of the workers were rude and unprofessional to the point that had I been the manager I would have fired them on the spot. Other employees did ok. This place needs a major management overhaul and someone watching things very closely. This location could do much better! Absolutely shameful quality and service!
