If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered through the app hoping to make it easier on everybody including the employees. I got a 5 layer beefy burrito and they put no ground beef in it??? Then when I tried to refund it they said they didn’t do refunds which is crazy to me but whatever. So I ended up getting a free item. I definitely won’t be using the free item at this location tho. Will not be back to this place. Didn't get what I ordered. All tacos jammed in small bag all but 1 taco broken in many pieces. Zero quality control at this place
I've been to this Taco Bell a few times and the issue is the service. 5 people behind the counter but only one person prepping food, yet you can only order from kiosk. Customer in front of me waited 10 minutes, then they said they never got his order. I waited that long for a simple bean burrito. They were not busy, not sure what the hold up was but the service is always slow and unwelcoming. Just waited over 20 min and no one helped me the cashier went on a break and no body came while the chashier just looked at me so much for fast food
