Every now and then I decide to give this location a chance, and once again, another mission failure. I placed my order and paid online, they prompted me for a ready in 8 minutes, but I opted for a later pick up of 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:27 and was ignored by the 5-6 people working in plain view. Hands down best taco bell I've been to. Out of all the times I've been there, they've never once gotten my order wrong, & the food is above average quality for a taco bell (well put together & hot)
March 6th we pulled up to make an order and when someone finally began to talk to us they asked if we had an online order. We did not have an online order and once we communicated that the person on the other side said that they needed another minute and so we proceeded to wait. After about 10 minutes of waiting and no communication and lots of cars waiting we finally pulled up to the window to see if maybe we could get some communication there. Left us waiting in the drive through line. Said they’d be back. 15 minutes later we had heard NOTHING. Drive up to the window. The kid in the window was rude and told us we had to go back in line that was wrapped around the store and then cussed at the person I was with for getting out to go into the store. “Manager” on site did nothing and was rude as well.
