We came in a busy day/time and the workers were very apologetic about the extended wait times (we were in the drive through for 25 minutes) and wanted to make sure we got our order correct.
I find it very inconvenient when I go into a restaurant and no one will take my order because the front counter computer is broken. I was asked to order on the keyosk. After I stood there for 10 minutes. I don’t like taking my own order! You never get a drink cup and last time I checked, I don’t work for you. Thank you to the girl, who helped me after the other two fought over who “had” to help me.
Watched a girl wipe/pick her nose with a gloved hand and continue making food. Canceled my order and told the counter person. Who then told me that she changed her gloves after that which I could see clear as day did not occur.
