Floors and tables dirty and covered in food . Hope they can clean up while working. If you can lean you can clean
Like many people's experiences ours hasn't been great. The first time we came in the manager seemed frustrated that we ordered on the app when we pulled in. So the 2nd time we waited at least 6 minutes before pulling up to the speaker. Both times was " We JUST got your order can you pull up" no one else in the parking lot but us and we caused the workers frustration? We have been to taco bells in Warren and this has NEVER been my experience until we visited this one
Made an online order and was told when I arrived that I need to go park so they can make it. Like wth. How is it that people order at the window and don't have to park? Not to mention the food is all wronged and messed up. Rock hard chalupas and beef when its supposed to be beans. The staff here is lazy, rude and racist against people who don't look like them. Don't eat here.
I have ordered from this location multiple times. The order is never correct and items are always missing. Pulled back around to ask for my side sauce that they forgot, and the worker argued with me. They need to start double checking orders so that the customers get what they pay for.
