I have a question for the people that run this location: why do you make people that order at the drive-thru speaker stay at the drive-thru speaker until you tell them they can pull forward? This makes no sense and it happens every single time I go there. I feel like I'm in a game of mother. May I and I have to ask permission to pull forward.

Makes no sense to me why a fast food place should have bad reviews. What do you expect? Come in, eat, leave. They are kind, nice and pay attention to things. Good food, good service, das it.
