Drive through speaker is broken and instead of telling people they have you wait in a 50 min line your stuck in to be able to order at the window one by one. Yikes! A manager should definitely either turn off the drive through or have associates outside taking orders like other chains.
Paid extra to make my taco supreme, barely had lettuce and anything in it, skinniest taco I ever ate. Paid extra to add lettuce to a 5-layer burrito, came with a pinch of lettuce in it. My chicken chalupa was cold and hard to the touch also barely had lettuce in it, the skimpiest chalupa I ever ate.
