I spent $18 and got two half-empty Crunchwrap Supremes, a couple of basic soft tacos, and burritos that were nothing but beans and tasted off. I asked for 15 sauce packets and got 7, I counted, and only 2 flimsy napkins that are half the size of a normal one. For the price, it simply isn’t worth it anymore. The worker was friendly, so this isn’t about her, but Taco Bell as a company has completely lost its value.
They can’t cope with more than a couple customers at a time. Lunchtime is TERRIBLE and they are always short staffed…shouldn’t take 30-45 min to pick up an online order /:
Very disappointed with the soft tacos very little meat and I love the taco salads that they stopped having. Will probably go back if they start having them again
