I ordered my meal on the kiosk, and payed for my meal on kiosk, one of the items on the list I ordered was strawberry cream fresca drink.Thw man just handed me an empty medium cup. What? And then left me at the register stunned. If he would have read my order he would have seen than it was not a normal drink at the fountain;had to wait for another person to serve me.This was rude and unprofessional.
I asked for a luxe craving box and nacho fries they gave a discovery box and then I had mix up the name of the drink and the employee was so rude about it, then when I opened my order I had like 5 fries and upside down completely and everything is so badly wrapped I could have just wrapped it myself and I would have done it better. This had never happened to me at this location it’s disappointing
They need to fix their drive thru speaker I barely heard what they were saying got my order incorrect asked for ranc got cheese
