I tried to put in an online order at 1:15AM...The app said "Uh oh, we're closing soon." So I drive to the store and arrive around 1:30AM only to be greeted at the drive thru to "Sorry, we're trying to close so we aren't taking orders." I asked why and the response was "we're tired and trying to close the store and go home." Taco Bell is known for being open until 2AM and I can understand trying to be done but this was out of control. 8/18/2026

Very disappointing experience. The drive-thru customer service was unprofessional and clearly needs better training. The employee seemed irritated already and did not handle our order properly. On top of that, every item we ordered had only about a quarter of the meat we normally receive at other Taco Bell locations. The portions were noticeably smaller. We also asked for a receipt, but were told the printer "didn't work." I hope management addresses both the customer service and the inconsistent food portions.

Every table was sticky the trash cans were overflowing. I ask for 2 burritos with just beef and cheese. Got home to find out they both were just bean burritos. Very unsatisfied

This is literally the worst Taco Bell in existence. EVERY single time the food takes incredibly long, items are always missing and today the food is ice cold. It’s honestly embarrassing how many chances we’ve given this store. So disappointing.
