Underfilled items claiming portions were followed. clearly not corporate portion policy. Stop ripping people off. Lots of corner cutting here. 2 people working at a dual KFC/taco bell location with no mobile orders excepted. Now I know it's just to avoid compliance. Very offended because I actually like taco bell. But unfortunately this one is poisoned by a bad owner. Please sac em corporate!!
Zero stars, the mount olive taco bell has staff with too much attitude!!! Do not eat here unless you want to deal with asshole staff especially in the drive thru. If you can't hear them on the speaker they get loud and obnoxious. Hire better staff taco bell!!!
stopped by taco bell on saturday - ordered 12 pak tacos - nacho belgrande- and a number 8 was 51 dollars ???? plus get home no sauce and order was wrong - gave me two nachos -ne with all one with just cheese and the taco box - all for 51 without sauce - dont go here
Stopping by Taco Bell late one night. Ordering tacos and all but one was crushed. Money well spent
Mo made my experience the best ever at Taco Bell. He went out of his way to help me and gave the best customer service experience of all time. Dewayne was beyond polite and helped me with everything I needed. I am a customer for life
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after the 2 cars before me left. I called to see if thr drive thru was down and was told that they were busy and not taking orders at that time so that they could catch up. I left, shame on me for waiting so long for Taco Bell. Never again. One star so that I can submit this.
Less than zero rating! On September 19, 2025 I went to the Taco Bell business in Mount Vernon, MO and purchased a double stacked taco and a cheesy double beef burrito. I finished my lunch and about an hour later my stomach started hurting and cramping. By the time I returned to my home I was not feeling well at all. I was in bed sick the whole weekend. I ended up in the emergency room and was determined to have a severe case of food poisoning. I will never go to this Taco Bell again!
Rude and unprofessional management. Paid for extra chicken, didn't receive it, and was told they put it on when it was obvious they didn't. Will look for alternative in future.
On September 15, 2025, around 12:00 PM, I attempted to order lunch at the Taco Bell located at 5625 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95819 during my 30-minute lunch break. I sat in the drive-through line for nearly 25 minutes without moving at all. During this time, I observed three vehicles ahead of me leave in frustration, and I ultimately had to do the same.
