The manager Christian refused to make Doordash orders while there were druve thru orders which is unprofessional. Being a manager, he should be able to work those orders in as well take care of the front line and drive thru line. He really needs coaching on this and learn how to multi task. This is unacceptable for someone in his position and needs to be addressed. Taco bell is always the best choice for something quick. The location in alabaster has a great staff also. And with the upside app I get 32% cash back.
I accidentally placed an order here instead of the Grove location. I called and they were super nice and helpful, didn't make me feel like an idiot for messing it up. I really appreciated the kindness as I was having a pretty rough day today.
