It took 30 min PAST the pick up time to get my food. Absolutely unacceptable.
Waited 42 minutes inside for a mobile order. No urgency to get stuff out. Weve made the decision this Taco Bell is dead miss. Will not go back to this location. Orders take FORVER every single time.
The manager Christian refused to make Doordash orders while there were druve thru orders which is unprofessional. Being a manager, he should be able to work those orders in as well take care of the front line and drive thru line. He really needs coaching on this and learn how to multi task. This is unacceptable for someone in his position and needs to be addressed. Taco bell is always the best choice for something quick. The location in alabaster has a great staff also. And with the upside app I get 32% cash back.
