BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOSEPH!!!!!!. I was extremely upset due to the fact that the young Man running the window got cursed at badly by the driver and the passenger of a black new (used) Toyota Tacoma. The drive-thru cashiers were friendly, but they had no idea what they were doing. I ordered a new drink that was still on the menu, and instead of letting me know it wasn’t available, the cashier kept asking me questions about it as if I worked there. When I got home, my tacos, crunch wrap, and Mexican pizza had almost no meat, literally nothing inside, even though I had paid for extra. It is the worst ervice I had to wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes on Wednesday not even on a busy day.
Sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Many people are on lunch breaks and do not get more than 30 mins of break!
We ordered online for in store pickup. The store was understaffed for 12pm on Saturday and the service was very slow. The Crunch wrap supreme was basically lettuce, cheese and tomato with scarcely any meat, it basically vegetarian. Several of the tacos were the same very little meat so that it tasted like a veggie taco. The quality of the food offerings was poor due to the lack of meat leaving the food bland.
