I ordered DoorDash at 11:30 pm, I wait a whole hour before being told by my first driver that the food was already handed out, then I get a new driver only to wait another hour till my order was canceled because it was so late. A massive waste of my time and I’m still hungry.
Waited 45 minutes with two cars in front of me but then my nacho fries and doctor pepper were not given to me :( this is what my enchirito looks like and not a single sauce was put in my bag it’s was a $52 order and no sauce
We go to many tacos bells across Texas from big cities to small towns due to traveling and this by far was the worst experience ever. We understand ordering food late at 11:27 can take a bit more time since it's less staff running things at night. However we placed our order on the app at 11:27 and waited in a line that literally never moved up, except for cars leaving the line. We canceled our order at 11:49 and left.
Cold food “nothing we can do without repaying” hour wait
Very slow service, waited in line 40 minutes for an in app order. Order was missing a burrito supreme and cinnamon twists. Mismanagement of 6 young adults trying to get orders out and provide proper customer service. Taco Bell, please remember you are only as good as the service you provide to your customers.
