Paid 30 dollars for food and can’t even get an order right and was also placed online, forgot the fries and cheese, Cinnabons, ordered the chicken nugget thing and didn’t give any sauce for them. Called and spoke to Aaron and said just let them know what you were missing when I come back and they will get it. Point is when you pay 30 dollars for food you expect to get it right the first time I mean let’s be honest how many tacos could we make out of 30 dollars
Very disappointing experience today at the Taco Bell in Big Stone Gap, VA. When we arrived, one of the ordering kiosks was not working, so customers had to wait for the remaining kiosk to place their orders. We finally placed our order at 11:52 AM and then waited about 15 minutes before going up to ask about it. Putting special order food in bags and not labeling them is ridiculous.. and then trying to speak to someone that said there were a manger named Daniel, with a unprofessional attitude, refused to give me the GM number. If this guy is a manager, I'd start looking for someone else. Please just drive to Norton and avoid this clown.
