Drive through very slow.
I placed a DoorDash order and 2 drivers dropped my order because they where taking so long so I decided to call after 30 minutes the manager answered the phone and claimed "my staff is just working slow right now I'll make it myself" i think that is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention as I'm eating my food there was pieces of chicken in my beef taco.. this place is horrible and will never be getting my service again.
Every so often I get taco bell so vile that it makes me not want to eat it for at least six months. This is one of those occasions. One of the employees told me I needed to order at the counter or at one of the two kiosk locations....one of which I was actively inputting my order into. When I turned around in surprise, they said "you can also do it at the kiosk there." This should have been an omen of things to come..
