Nothing better than putting in an online order 10 minutes before you get to the store to be told it’s going to be another 20 minutes for the food to be made because “they couldn’t hear anything in the back office” all the Taco Bell’s in and around central NY are complete trash. Decent tasting food but absolutely horrific customer service. Nothing is done timely. Watching them toss bags in the boiler and then take off to the back office to ignore orders coming in from the app or drive thru is just terrible. How these business... read more
I received only half an order of my loaded beef nachos. My chicken quesadilla was super small and bland. This location also ALWAYS forgets your hot sauce.. $15 for a fast food meal and I’m still hungry
