Tonight our family went to this TB location and ordered a very large meal in the drive-thru. Prime time dinner time so they were busy and working hard. I drove up and immediately informed the person on the drive thru speaker that we had a large order. She literally said back, “Hey, that is what I am here for!” And proceeded to take our order. I was very concerned by what I witnessed during my visit. There was a large white employee with numerous tattoos who appeared to be in a leadership role. While I was in the lobby, he was using profanity in front of customers. An inspector was also present and pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed. Rather than listening professionally or taking notes to correct the problems, the employee became confrontational.
