Love this place
First off, I NEVER leave bad reviews. I’ve worked in retail, customer service, you name it. I know how frustrating it can be. However, the employees at this Taco Bell literally just do not listen and do not care. The past 3 times we have come here, our orders have been wrong. My husband has had to go back every single time. We only go here because it’s so close to our home, but we definitely won’t be going back again. We don’t order anything complicated, just regular menu items. Do not go to this location whatever you can do. They take 20 minutes to get through the drive-through, refused to honor their order. And are incredibly rude
probably my worst Taco Bell experience in a long time I expected better based on $45 dollars with skimpy represented well and I can tell the employee we’re frustrated. Super disappointing went to the same. Taco Bell in the summertime had a similar experience. It must be a ownership problem.
