Extremely unfortunate, time after time this particular location is a disappointment. Yet again they forgot items in our order and proceeded to argue with us and rummage through our bag. We're done giving this location another chance. El Pollo Loco is at the other end of Gold Country and MUCH better.
Went through the drive through to get 2 chickens soft tacos and a bean burrito that is absolutely ridiculous that they're even selling them like that. I get to the window. And I ask why it's so expensive. And the lady says oh, we don't do chicken soft tacos anymore. They're now breaded chicken if you want regular chicken. It's gonna cost you double. So I went with the breaded chicken, which was Gross . No idea how long it's been sitting under the heat lamp i don't. Get what's going on with Taco Bell but it's gross.Be nice if... read more
The service in this store has gotten much better. They are very friendly. The food is always good too. But the dining area isn't very clean and there are at least 2 abandoned cars in the parking lot that need to be towed off. These tend to leave an impression of not high quality, taking away from their good food and service. UPDATE: dining area clean and remodeled and no abandoned cars...much nicer!
