Girl with purple hair was rude plus missing ordered items then had a attitude when the missing item was made she did it in a poor manner not even grilling the item

This location use to have excellent customer services and workers. Every time I go through the drive thru now it’s always a different crew. Extremely rude for no reason place isn’t even busy at all. There was a girl with short purple hair and piercings that must hate her job she was very rude slamming the drive thru window shut. Usually they're decent but lately they have been disabling the cheaper combos and boxes from the app, forcing you to buy things a-la-cart or more expensive combos. Ridiculous behavior to make a profit. Drive to another location that has all the food available to order.
had to wait for a half an hour in the drivethrough for 5 dollars worth of food.
