Oh my goodness. Long time customer here. I don't know what's going on with the people they hire at this location, but two separate occasions completely shocked me in the last 2 years. First experience - I waited over 45 minutes inside only for them to tell me they "can't find my online order". So I asked for the refund. In the timespan of waiting, I witnessed an employee swatting cups at customers angrily. He also yelled at several people who were asking the most basic of questions. Yikes. Don’t care for the pod things to order from but besides that everything was excellent, even the price
Dexter was working the drive thru. This is what Great customer service should be like! Dexter was very pleasant, outgoing, super friendly and greets you with a "how are you" and a smile!! Well done!! Thanks for great service!! 👏👏👏🌮🌯 Ps. Always remember the sauces!
I've been here 3 times, and 3 times they've messed up my order. The last time, they tried to charge me twice because I had to resubmit my order on the mobile app after it already charged me, and then they got it wrong anyway. They also gave me a root beer that was mostly foam and was only halfway full when the foam settled. It's one of the worst taco bells that I've been to.
