They are cooking with old oil
Food last two times now has been drenched in sauce to the point of being inedible. Waste of time and money. Done with Taco Bell as a whole.
Ordered soft tacos got crunchy, they didn't give me guacamole for my cantina quesadilla, didn't put the quesadilla in the right box and wrapped our chicken flatbread melt in a gordita wrapper. I've worked at Taco Bell, we were the ONLY car in the drive thru. You're supposed to pinch a few fingers of cheese and they MAYBE used one finger for the wax paper used to grill the cantina quesadilla. This is just crazy. Took the cash register out and you have to put your own order in. So 1 you have to work for free and two the service sucks.
