Horrible customer service
Worst restaurant in Jefferson. Every employee I dealt with was rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Everyone looked miserable, like it was the worst day of their lives. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. The drive-thru line was backed up, so I went inside to grab my order, only to be told they don’t even start the order until you get here. The people there have always been friendly. The food has been good every time. Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in quite a while.
Not a single person was in line and I waited 15 minutes before I even placed my order… I had a mobile order.
